The details:

- Rent is month-to-month. Must give 30 days move-out notice.
- Fully furnished.

- The suite is not suitable for large dogs, non-hypo-allergenic dogs, and/or cats.
- There are 2 small, hypoallergenic, dogs that live in the main area of the house. They cannot access the suite.

- Maximum ceiling height is 5'6". If you are a tall or claustrophobic person, this may not be an ideal suite for you.
- Applicants will require 3 references.
- $650 per month; $325 required as a security deposit to secure rental.
